    Paul (and group)
I will be unable to attend the meeting tomorrow night. If we could
reschedule for Wednesday, I could make it OK. As I know it might be a
little late for a reschedule I will list any items here that I intended to
discuss at the meeting and the V.P. or (Paul) can cover them.
1 - Field day - the plan is to co-locate with the Bellevue club
which most of SACMARC also belongs to. The site this year will be the same
as last year. Tom Huber and I are co-chair Field Day captains and planning
is underway. Tom will have a sign up sheet at the Thursday Bellevue meeting,
things like aux-power, station equipment, antennas and the like will be
covered. It is my understanding that historically the same folks mostly
bring the same stuff, the list will provide us with an idea of what is
needed above and beyond. (a copy of the sign up sheet is attached here for
    ACMARC use)
2 - Event Planning - As mentioned one before, I would like to
activate the K0GRL call sign on Gen. LeMay's birthday this year. I assume
we would have to use someone's station for the event. It would be nice to
start at sun-up and quit at sun-down. If we want to so do this we will need
to notify like the ARRL and CQ (and others ?) so folks will know we are
    there. Comments?
3 - Event Planning - Item two - I also like to run K0AIR again in
the 10 Meter contest in December like we did last year. Again, advanced
notice would help, although we made tons of contacts anyway. I would like
to figure out a way to qualify K0AIR for a 10 - 10 number before that event
this year. I would think we could come up with enough local folks to get
the required number of contacts, then we would need to submit the proper
paper work to Gerry WA6POZ (I can take care of that part.) We would need to
plan a weekend activity where one of us operates ad AIR and the rest of us
    provide the contacts. Comments?

That's all I have right now, sorry about not being able to attend.

p.s. Anyone interested in printing their own QSL's should visit the site of
wb8rcr and down load his 'FREE' qsl maker program. It works and the price is
    right.
