The Subterranean Peace Tribe Jam is an eclectic mix of poetry, spoken word and acoustic music. Join us on the first Thursday of each month in the underground haven called The Dubliner Pub for an evening of words, songs and spirits. What is The Peace Tribe? A mad band of wordsmiths taking their poems across this weary land of ours. They've played on storied stages such as Chicago's Green Mill and Java Joe's in Des Moines, spreading the love near and far in their own spoken word road show. And it's not just one or two or eight or nine, it's a flowing, growing, and changing community of writers and performers, speakers and supporters.
