Things You Might Think Are Greek
(But Aren't)

Ricardo Montalban
(Ricardo ain't from Greece...he's Mexican! But that 'Cornithian leather' stuff on the other hand...hey, that might be Greek!)

Baklava
(Baklava is really from Turkey, but is sold by Greek bakeries in New York City nonetheless.)

The Fez
(Despite inaccurate portrayals by bad Hollywood filmmakers, Akbar and Jeff's fave sportin' cap originated in Morocco.)

Jesus Christ
(The New Testament may have been written in Greek,
but that doesn't mean that the Messiah knows jack about good souvlaki!)

Pizza
(Hell, pizza isn't even Italian!)

Where Is Greece?

Just south of Norway and west of China.

Pictures of Greece

I've never been there, so I don't have any pictures.

Greek Religion

The Greek people are generally Greek Orthodox.
However, several other Greek gods live in high rent properties on Mount Olympus.

What's the Deal With Olive Oil?

I dunno, but it sure doesn't taste like olives.

Greek Style!

Try on Greek Style for a while!
From now on, just request it 'Greek Style!'

When you go into a restaurant and order a steak, and they ask you how you'd like it cooked, tell them you want it 'Greek Style!'

Next time you go to get a haircut, and your stylist asks how you'd like your hair done, tell him that you want it 'Greek Style!'*

When you fill out your taxes this year, fill in the numbers on how much you made.
Then, in the box that says 'Pay This Amount', just write in 'Greek Style!'
(Cause they're already screwing you anyway!)

(* If you end up looking like Telly Aristotle Savalas, don't blame me!)
