As decided at the Annual Meeting, the Executive Board will be meeting at
Wendy's on Galvin Rd. in Bellevue, tonight, Friday, January 4th, at 7:30
PM. Incoming President Darwin Piatt, W9HZC, will preside over this
routine annual meeting, which will include the transfer of all records,
property, keys, etc. in the possession of outgoing officers to the
incoming officers. Because of this, obviously all incoming AND outgoing
officers should attend, and bring all club records and property in their
possession to the meeting. As required by our By-Laws, an annual audit
of our cash account will be performed as well.
